Our Director

Cheri Danner has been a member of the Virginia Coast Chorus of 24 years and has served as director for 14. Along with her Music Education degree, Cheri has completed the Director Certification Program of SAI. Cheri loves directing and sharing her expertise as a teacher and coach for both choruses and quartets in the 4 state region. Cheri who says she sings "director" is actually a tenor and has song with several award winning quartets - and has been Regional Quartet Champion twice.

Dawn Johnson      

Always high energy, perfect pitch, and is the baritone in the Feelin' Groovy quartet.  And if that were not enough she runs  marathons in her spare time!

 

 

 



Joyce Glover

Joyce is a breast cancer survivor and is a testament to the power of music and friendship. She is also the bass section leader and is part of the award winning Fire and Ice quartet.
